Technological Infrastructure

QUODEM has made a major investment in acquiring an important, state of the art Technological Infrastructure for the development of all of its projects. In this way, we can guarantee our clients top quality and continuous, uninterrupted service.

The accommodation of the different platforms is carried out on the high capacity servers which QUODEM has set up for this purpose. All of the services are located in a safe and well protected setting, with armoured doors, fire-proof doors, fire detection and extinguishing system, alarm systems, air-conditioning and heating systems (22ºC ± 2ºC), ventilation and temperature control, entry control, 24 hour surveillance service, every day of the year. The maximum quality of the band width will always be guaranteed as well as the maximum speed from any point. Daily back-up copies will be made every day and will guarantee that no information is ever lost.

Legislation in force

QUODEM carries out all of its projects, respecting the legislation in force in regard to confidentiality, the LOPD (Law for the protection of personal data), LSSI (Law governing the Services of Information and E-commerce Companies), safety and control of access.

Furthermore, for the projects aimed at the Health sector, the legislation is applied regarding the code of good practice for the promotion of drugs and medicines from Farmaindustria, the control of doctor’s visits and the Law on Drugs and Medicines.
