GENERAL DESCRIPTION
To increase the patient’s compliance, by reminding him with an SMS,
e-Mail or voice mail, of the guidelines for the prescription associated with his treatment.
JUSTIFICATIONS
The products corresponding to a chronic prescription, which must undergo changes in the guidelines and dosage over a period of time or which require spaced doses, experience a
high level of abandonment in regard to the prescribed guidelines. These programmes, through
direct actions with the patient, help maintain compliance with the guidelines (never with advertising of the product). The benefits are seen clearly in the compliance percentages (increases of up to 43% when taking the third dose in the case of vaccines) and through a significant
increase in the net sales of the product (up to 22% in some programmes).
